Update from my review 5 years ago. Been here 3 times in the last year. It still is the best place to eat in NoCo. Definitely go here if you have a special occasion to celebrate. I recommend the Chefs menu with the wine pairing. Some places get 5 stars but actually, deserve 6. This is one of them. View all feedback.
What Tanaira manriquez doesn't like about Chimney Park Restaurant Bar Fine Dining In Windsor, Colo:
The mushroom pesto they prepared for him was quite bland, and the mushrooms were soggy and cold. Our waitress, Jennifer, was particularly rude; she kept scoffing and rolling her eyes at him. To make matters worse, he found a piece of gum stuck under the table, which is something you’d expect at a fast-food restaurant, not a place like this. We also waited an astonishing 40 minutes before receiving our drinks.

What a great meal! Business dinner during the week. Flawless service from the moment we were seated to the end of the evening. Ordered a gin and tonic. Drink was generous with the gin and enjoyable. We started with Grilled Octopus for an appetizer. Fork tender and perfectly grilled with just the right amount of seasoning. All 3 of us ordered the ribeye along with one sea scallop. Delicious. Steak was properly served at the requested rare level. The scallop was superb. End of the meal, we all opted out of dessert. Drinks were finished and plates cleaned. What a gem in Downtown Windsor!
We have made reservations about my wife's birthday. She really wanted a nice cook tasting menu, and that seemed like the best option. The place was not disappointed. All 5 courses were very delicious and wonderfully presented. Options change daily, so I will not spend too much time describing the individual records. Drinks were also great. Well balanced, super-looking and delicious. Dessert was so good, I felt like ordering another dish. Orange chocolate amazing. If I nitpick, I wish she gave us some extra pieces of potatoes with the steak a smashed piece was simply not enough. I understand that this is not the purpose of tasting menu, so I cannot complain. We had a great time and we came back. I am pleased to try the a la carte options. The wine list is also spectacular. Wife decided to pair with dinner and she loved every single glass. Our waitress was beautiful. We sat at the top of the entrance, and I hope to see more interior next time. See you soon!
Well traveling for work from Florida the other evening I had this amazing dinning experience at Chimney Park. I am very new to tasting menu but this one did not disappoint. It started with a smoked Salmon Moose on puff pastry, then a pork belly risotto with lobster. I know it seems like an odd combination but it worked. Then I Foie Gras, and this delightful root vegetables salad. For my main course I was served this rare and ever tender Elk Tenderloin with was rich in flavor and this nice balance of gaminess not too much not to little it reminded your it something different. Finished off with this delightful hazelnut cake and foam. All in all the services great thanks Emily and the food was experience I would have again.
Went here for two birthdays and had an amazing time. Great service, nice atmosphere, and wonderful food. The menu does change. The entire table got the ribeye and loved it. So tasty and the whole dish had a balanced (not too heavy) flavor.
We ate here because it was recommended by a friend and it was amazing. Every now and then we will try to do some fine dining. This place really felt cozy, and classy at the same time. Our server Emily was great. We did the 6 course meal with wine pairing and Every bite was amazing. We tried some foods we've never tried, and wines that we normally wouldn't have chosen. Each pairing was well thought out and made this into quite the food adventure. Compliments to the chef. We will definitely be back soon.
