Was Elin Waagen at Erdimae's a mag?
Thank you once again to you and Adam for making the journey over the Vermont hills and providing delicious donuts and tasty breakfast sandwiches at our wedding breakfast. It was a perfect ending to a magical weekend. I've only heard great things about the food truck! Oh me , oh my! Best BLT ever! And I've had a lot of BLTs! Old fashioned cooking made with love and served with a friendly smile. We love Erdimae's. So special! Oh, and the Cole slaw, so fantastic! Thank you for my lunch today!!!

Had the most delicious chicken sandwich today, thanks for the suggestion of the honey mustard, Chelsea, versus the bbq sauce, went awesome with the cheese and bacon...p.s. those are my fav rolls!!! and of course my always have to have dark chocolate coconut macaroon!!!

My kids and I had a wonderful lunch and enjoyed every bit of it. We ordered a meatloaf sandwich (fried onions on it... Yum), egg salad sandwich, breakfast sandwich, and grilled cheese. The food was fresh and delicious, and there 's no way we could have eaten at any other fast food type place for the price.
