Dunkin' - Windsor
Dunkin'
Description
A busy, welcoming Dunkin' near I-291 (close to I-91) is praised for reliable breakfasts, standout iced coffee and speedy, accommodating service that regulars love. Staff often memorize orders and are family- and commuter-friendly, though experiences vary: some guests report order mistakes, occasional rudeness, and beverage shortcuts—like diluted tea/coffee and minimal Coolatta syrup—so consistency can be hit or miss.

This is definitely the best Dunkin' I've ever found in New England! I'm so happy it's located in my hometown. They've even memorized my coffee order, and it's always perfect!
Just a heads up, I'm an employee at this establishment. If you've ever noticed that your tea or coffee tastes watered down, it's because we don't actually fill the cups completely. We're instructed to let the tea steep for only 10 seconds and then dilute it with water for the rest of the cup. Regarding the Coolattas, we're only supposed to use a third of a tablespoon of syrup, and the rest of the mix is made up of food coloring.
