Early morning staff rude. Never have anything ready. Out of 3 items I ask for im lucky to get one. Never prepared. Maybe better service at different shifts but not the early morning. ??

When I got here the gloves were on to deal with cash and food. Also the eggs were left out on the food making table. Won’t be surprised if I or someone got sick here. The food inspectors need to come and check this place out around 130 or so. Never coming back

I’ve reached my limit with Dunkin' locations. I can’t tolerate my orders being wrong any longer. I used to visit various Dunkin' spots regularly, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing over the past few months. I typically order a coffee with a flavor shot and a bit of sweetener—it's a simple request. However, I can’t remember the last time my order was made correctly. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since I’m trying to monitor my sugar intake, only to receive those overly sweet Swirl flavorings instead. Even when I explicitly ask for the unsweetened flavor shot and make it clear that I don’t want the Swirl, I still end up with the wrong item. The drive-thru experience is the worst. I often drive away only to discover that I’ve wasted $4 on a coffee that I can’t drink because it was prepared incorrectly. On multiple occasions, I’ve ordered a Frozen Hot Chocolate for my daughter, only to drive off and realize that it not only took 10 minutes to prepare but we ended up with a frozen coffee instead, which we ultimately had to toss away after spending $6. I’m done for good and will not be returning to any Dunkin' restaurant. Dietary restrictions mean nothing to their employees; despite informing them that I can’t have sugar and that I’m diabetic, they still mix my coffee incorrectly with overly sugary add-ins, even when I specifically request the unsweetened versions.
