Sorry lobby is closed and the close at 8 better than taco Johnacross the street that closes at 5pm don't be hating on people who are there to serve you. This is one of a couple that I have not... read more Just sat in the drive-through to get the wrong order. This seems to be a theme. Usually I have a great experience here. This is one of a couple that I have not been so great I called to say that my order was wrong and the manager told me that I could getback in line which took me another half hour put me late to what I was doing to begin with, I?m not sure what?s really going onhere but Arby?s you need to get it together. Pay the employees better have better managers I don?t know but one thing I do knowis Arby?s is never supposed to be run like this. Poor guess service. And the lobby is of course still closed. I?ve only beeninside a couple of times when they had the lobby open. I never in my entire life would?ve thought that a restaurant should closethe doors and not let you in to order and eat. And the hours of operation are usually not until 10 o?clock. It?s usually at 8o?clock and I?ve even driven through here at 7 o?clock and it?s been closed. This is not how you run a restaurant Arby?s. Andthe only reason that I didn?t give it a one star. Is because this is one of the better ones around this area as I said, Iusually don?t have a bad experience here. And I don?t wanna see the pre scripted response of Oh we?re so sorry don?t be sorry bebetter do better but I?m sorry it?s not going to cut it here. Please read notes on pictures. Will explain a lot. But it shouldnever take an hour and 20 minutes of your day to order one simple sandwich and a milkshake. I don?t know when I?m gonna be goingback to Arby?s but not anytime soon.

It was a huge inconvenience to try to order for a large family in... read more Looked nice and clean from the outside, but lobby was closed at dinner hours so probably why. It was a huge inconvenience to try to order for a large family in drive thru and not hold up people behind us. Order was correct in that we got the right food anddone quickly, so 2 stars for that. My chocolate shake was mostly vanilla with a bit of chocolate not stirred very well into it.Our Dr. Pepper was gross, the soda needed to be changed clearly. We got no straws and no sauce (Doesn't everyone go to Arby'sand want theor sauce? but plenty of napkins, at least they were generous there. We are out that way a couple times a week, butnot worth stopping in the future. I'd rather go south an exit or two closer to where we live, where we can go inside and getbetter service.
