The staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful, especially for our family of three with a three-year-old. They found us a quiet spot and provided some coloring materials for our little one. The food and drinks were excellent, and the service was fast! We were able to pay with cash without any issues. However, accessing the restrooms requires navigating some narrow and steep steps, and I'm not sure if there’s an alternative for disabled access on the upper floor, as I didn’t check. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for families and couples alike.

The food was good, but the service was a bit hit or miss; our inexperienced waitress got the order wrong. The management stepped in to help, but it took a while to get the corrected order. I hope that the staff training improves the experience, as I would still consider returning. There is parking available in three nearby lots.
