The serv... read more My wife and I visited this restaurant for lunch on a Thursday. We arrived at about 11:40. The restaurant was about half full so we were seated quickly. The server arrived shortly and took our order. My wife ordered the club sandwich and I had the deluxe burger. It took longer than expected for the meals to arrive, about 20 minutes. But when they did arrive, they were both tasty. The plates came with more fry’s than either of us could handle. Bottom line; the food was good, the service was good.

The seafood platter is a standout dish and earns this restaurant a top spot on my list of must-visit eateries in Nova Scotia!

Lisa’s had a homey ambience with great service, exactly what we were looking for. Home cooked meals, we had the soup of the day and lasagna. The highlight was definitely the dessert and coffee.... read more We ate at this restaurant for lunch last week and the food was fantastic, but the service was outstanding. The highlight was definitely the dessert and coffee. Both the homemade peanut butter pie and coconut cream pie were delicious. We plan on trying more desserts from their menu in the future. It's recommended to arrive before 12:15 for lunch as this place gets busy quickly. The prices are also very reasonable.
