My husband stopped by Subway on his way home to pick up two salads and a sandwich for dinner. When we got home, we realized one of the salads was missing meat, even though I had ordered double meat. I called the restaurant, and they said the only solution was for me to drive 25 miles back from Fulda for them to fix it. When I asked if they could refund the incorrect item, they said no.
Half of the restaurant was blocked off, so there was limited seating available. The employees were rude and attempted to charge me twice for my order. The service was slow, and the bread was not fresh.
I really enjoy this Subway. It has a small-town vibe and great employees. While the food is the same as any other Subway, the charm of the restaurant and its friendly atmosphere make it special.
I ordered online for myself and my girlfriend around noon and went inside to pick up our food. It was still being prepared, and the person making our sandwiches, whom I believe was named Arianna, touched a lot of different surfaces while wearing gloves but didn’t change them at all. Now, both my girlfriend and I are feeling unwell after eating at Subway.
I live that they send coupons in the mail. And this place NEVER trips when I order my husband's sandwich with a whole 2 cups of mayo on it!!!!!! Vegetarian options: They have a whole line of veggies that you can order without the bread. Parking: It's usually empty so it's plenty of spaces to park. Pick and choose your slot. Kid-friendliness: It's always clean and plenty of tables for you and the kids to eat at
