Once dependable, this Taco Bell reportedly suffers sharp decline: repeated order errors, long drive‑thru waits spilling into the street, intermittent dining-room closures, rising prices and shortages of staples. Multiple accounts raise serious concerns about food quality and cleanliness — rancid oil, off odors and symptoms of illness — while staff inattentiveness and allegedly fake positive reviews damage trust. Patrons are advised to use caution or choose alternatives until management resolves service, safety and hygiene problems.
The app wasn't working for pick-up orders as advertised on the door. The dining room was closed due to low staff, yet there were six employees inside, all standing around on their phones or chatting. The drive-thru line stretched from the building to the street, causing traffic, and we waited 30 minutes just to place our order. I received a mac and chicken bowl instead of the chicken with a side of mac and cheese that I ordered. Additionally, I was told I couldn't eat in the dining room even though there was no outdoor seating available. We ended up eating next door at Dairy Queen, where they had the same number of employees working but their dining area was open and full, with only two cars in the drive-thru line.
The food at Taco Bell tasted stale and had a chemical-like flavor. I plan to have it tested in a lab to find out what’s really in the menu items. This could lead to serious legal consequences for the franchise.
I ordered Crunchwrap Supremes without tomatoes, yet they still included them. On top of that, part of my order was missing, so I paid for something I never got. I usually love Taco Bell, but this experience was pretty disappointing.
Went to Kentucky fried chicken not taco
Very rude and nasty swampy employees, especially at drive thru window.
