Even though the lobby was closed, we were able to pick up our to-go order... read more We drove an hour to satisfy our craving for KFC since there isn’t one nearby anymore. Even though the lobby was closed, we were able to pick up our to-go order at the drive-thru. It seemed like the restaurant might have been a bit understaffed, but they still managed to get our large order to us quickly and with a friendly attitude. Some other customers in line looked frustrated with the wait, but our family was more than happy to be a little patient. A big thank you to the young ladies working tonight — your hard work is truly appreciated! Happy belly dance!

The app indicated my order was ready, whi... read more I placed an online order and drove 15 minutes to pick up my food, only to find out they were out of the item I wanted! The app indicated my order was ready, which made me quite frustrated. When I eventually got my order, they handed me the leftover chicken, which was cold and definitely not fresh. What a letdown!

I went to pick up an online order and waited for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. When I called the store, the employee who answered just hung up on me, clearly not wanting to do their job. I don’t understand why anyone would work here if they’re going to ignore their responsibilities and treat customers so poorly. I won’t be returning to this location, and I suggest you save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

The last time, I ordered chicken for my wife that was rock hard and inedible. On top of that, none of the items I ordered from the Taco Bell menu were correct. It’s expensive for such poor quality.

When I called the manager, she didn’t offer to replace my drink with one that had ice. The customer service was very poor. I do not recommend KFC Windham to anyone. The menu might have good options, but the service needs improvement.
