No, in very tiny black lettering its $3.99. Drive-thru is meant to be quick-glance, quick-order. This is very deceptive and dishonest trickery of advertising. I did not order these but instead ordered 2 items from the Dollar Menu and my total was over six dollars. It 's dishonest to label it a Dollar Menu if everything on that menu is

In this particular case, the employees were not very attentive towards the customer orders, and food was just laying around. I had some bad bouts of diarrhea after going here, so in general if the employees look engaged I think the food quality will be safe.
