When I approached the counter, the lady was incredibly friendly and funny, and the staff generously provided me with extra creams and milk for my hot tea, as well as an additional bacon wrap at no extra charge. I truly appreciate their kindness and wish them all the best!

Som... read more The staff at this Dunkin' are wonderful people, and my ratings do not reflect their hard work but rather the owner's failure to properly staff the location. Sometimes, the ladies working there are left alone during peak hours, which leads to them being overwhelmed and dealing with customers who don't understand how hard they're working. I hope the owners recognize this issue and provide the support the staff needs during the busiest times.

F... read more I'm not quite sure what's happening at this location, but whenever I order 8 to 10 cold brew coffees, they consistently taste like standard hot-brewed coffee. For the price I pay, I expect to receive cold brew, but it feels as though I'm just being served regular coffee instead. At other places, the difference is obvious, but not here at Dunkin'. It honestly feels like they don’t really offer cold brew at all.
