Gourmet Grille - Windham

So I came in today to get a salad. I am always impressed with the salads I get which is like once every 2-3 months. When I ate the salad the lettuce was flimsy and slimy, the chicken had tints of purple (magenta), the celery was not fresh and the carrots were not snapable which means that they weren't fresh either. I was disappointed. I used my $6 dollars from babysitting to buy one of your salads and you let me down. Most of the time I like any other thing but today changed everything. When I called them to let them know, someone answered and seemed very unhappy. All they said was there very sorry of what happened. If they tasted the salad they would feel the same exact way. Next time they better try harder!!
