T... read more What can I say about Fortune Cookie? Elite is a word that comes to mind. I don't take that word sound lightly. We're talking about exquisite take out Chinese. Take out on a level that take out isn't talked about often. The staff? Attentive, polite, intelligent. The kind of people that make society better. I don't mean to be dramatic, but calling Fortune Cookie anything other than one of the brightest lights in southern Maine would be incorrect. They are a beacon of hope in this fading town. While the local food scene flounders from it's heyday (you know what I'm talking about), the Fortune Cookie shines like a bat signal, ushering in a long awaited meal that is delicious, yet you don't have to make yourself (or drive too far).
