It's not often you encount... read more I recently stopped by the Dunkin' inside the Walmart in Windham, Maine, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm smiles I received! It's not often you encounter friendly service in restaurants these days. The staff genuinely seemed invested in making sure my order was correct, even repeating it back to me for accuracy. I’m a big fan of the butter pecan flavor, and it was great to indulge my Dunkin' cravings while shopping at Walmart. Thank you to the team!

Nobody smiles, and it feels like I'm inconveniencing them whenever I place my order. Even the manager seems uninterested in being there. It must not be a great place to work. I usually don't leave reviews, but this experience really stood out.
