We were eating in so I was surprised when the (expensive) cake slices were slid across the counter on paper bags… they had a paper bag each so...I suppose that’s something. Obviously I asked if we could have a plate and a fork, this caused some confusion and eventually a random plate materialised and both slices were put on the plate (actually one slice was tricky so that went on to the plate complete with paper bag). No fork offered so I grabbed a couple of take away forks. Coffee was just okay. Basil Fawlty sprang to mind. This place is pricey and customer service is rubbish so give it a miss.

Typicall... read more We came to this restaurant for lunch and were delighted with the food we ordered. The Avocado and Beetroot hummus with fried eggs was incredibly tasty. Typically, I would add chili to this dish, but it was so delicious on its own. The restaurant was very standard, and even though we were noticed by two employees, no one approached us to explain that we could sit somewhere and order at the bar. The waitress later was very welcoming, but initially we felt a bit uncomfortable as they were busy talking to a group who appeared to be friends or regular guests.

The location is great and the service is fantastic. The prices range from $8 to $18, and calling the food delicious is an understatement. I have visited twice a... read more The location is great and the service is fantastic. The prices range from $8 to $18, and calling the food delicious is an understatement. I have visited twice and will definitely be returning, as it is a great spot for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. I am happy to bring friends to this wonderful place.
