The location is convenient, and the restaurant maintains a clean and organized atmosphere. My only complaint is with the online ordering; they habitually forget at least two ingredients each time I order! As a full-time worker and student, I often rely on online ordering, so it’s frustrating to receive something different than what I expected. I understand that staff shortages and high demand can lead to mistakes, especially with additional deliveries through services like Uber Eats. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this location over others.

I placed... read more As we started walking, it began to rain, prompting us to seek refuge in Chipotle. I wasn't aware that they closed at 10 PM, and we arrived at 9:55 PM. I placed my order and then asked the staff if they had an Android charger. I really regret not getting their names, as they were incredibly kind to us. They not only lent us a phone charger but also allowed us to stay inside after closing so my phone could charge enough to order an Uber. I didn't want to impose any further, so I returned the charger as soon as my phone reached 6%. Thanks to their generosity, we were able to get home to our worried mom and my 3-month-old baby! I sincerely appreciate the help; I was quite anxious at the time! Oh, and the food was really good too!

The only downside for me is that they don’t serve alcohol here, and I usually enjoy having a Modelo with my meal. Aside from that, it’s a fantastic Chipotle. The restaurant is in a new building, the surrounding area is lovely, and I appreciate that they offer both indoor and outdoor seating.

I usually mobile order and go in to pick up the order. 4 out of 5 times they have food ready as promised. The time they are super busy is when they miss the window. The last order March 2022) the portions were less then the last order, not sure if this was due to how busy they were it was the time they were late with the order). Could also be a new standard, not sure .
