Exceptional service, wonderful small-town ambiance, and tasty food! They handled our 20+ person work retirement lunch with ease and warmth. Definitely don't miss out on this fantastic lunch destination!
I was confused about the food service—whether they would bring my meal to the table or if I needed to collect my drink myself, as none of this was explained to me as a first-time customer. I suspect that my money fell out of my wallet while I was paying at the register. Despite the situation, the food was fantastic, and the place was quite busy. I just wish someone had noticed and picked up my money to return it to me. Now that I know how to order and what to expect, I would definitely return to this restaurant.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. We ordered for the entire staff and were very disappointed. The cheeseburgers are nothing to write home about. They come with nothing but cheese and are very dry. The taste was okay. The hand-cut fries were limp, oily, cold, and tasteless. Considering the price we paid I would have been better off going to DQ.
They make the best ? hamburgers. The fries were a little to hard for me. I liked the way they use to make them. Parking: Some parking across the street at police department
People are great, atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect, but I'm not sure I get all the people raving about the food. I got a chili cheese dog and fries, kids got burgers and fries. It was all ok. Nothing wrong, just ok. Not complaining, but I'm not calling Michelin to come in and give them a star either. It was just under $12 per person.
