What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Sonic has always been a favorite but lately the food has been…rough. 1) I had a meal a few weeks back and the fries were completely stale so I tossed them tonight the burger is so greasy it’s almost not worth eating. 2)I know things can get busy but the times I have come while waiting, I can see how dirty the inside looks: the toppings for the ice cream are left open, and now wondering what the food station looks lik... We went through the drive thru for a couple bags of ice, because Sonic has the best ice ever! There were 7 cars ahead of us and three behind us, but the drive thru moved pretty quick and Kendra the drive thru associate was very friendly, courteous and kept a smile on her face. Great customer service !

I want to say that today I went to sonic and I didn't necessarily have a good day to begin with. When I got there though everyone was good to me, I appreciate what they did for me, also the food is good. Their kindness will be held in my heart.

Sonic has very good ice cream. We had the Sonic blasts made with Snickers. Very good, but a few weeks ago we had the Sonic blasts with Reeses peanut butter and I liked that one better. I would recommend the Sonic blasts.

Really like Sonic Drive In. We drove 30 minutes to eat here. The bathrooms are really clean at this location which is rare for fast food restaurants. Got 2 burgers tots and drinks. The food was hot and tasted fresh. Luckily we used the app to order ahead because they weren't taking orders at the stalls today. Just another symptom of the staffing crisis, not Sonics fault. They got our food to us fast once we checked in on the app. The drive through was long, but seemed to be moving pretty fast. Alexander was our carhop and he was so friendly.
