Well, I haven't eaten rally for a few years from my own choice, but this experience was beautiful. The service was friendly, they were fast the food was hot everything was delicious and my friend and I really enjoyed the experience. I'd probably revise Rally's. View all feedback.
What Rhonda Hall Campbell doesn't like about Rally's:
The food is good. The workers are friendly. They seem to not be able to get food orders right. The last 5 times that I've ordered there they have got my order wrong. I ordered cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato mustard. When I got my order they putlettuce, tomato, onion ketchup on my burger. Doesn't matter what I order they don't get it right. View all feedback.
They accept orders at the drive-thru, but there's no way to exit the line once you're in it.
The food is quite good, and the staff is friendly. However, they consistently struggle with getting my orders right. Out of my last five visits, they messed up my order each time. For instance, I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and mustard, but received one with lettuce, tomato, onion, and ketchup instead. No matter what I order, it seems they can't get it correct.
The robot that takes orders was terrible, but the friendly drive-thru worker made things right with our order. She mentioned that she had been correcting issues all day due to the $10,000 robotic system they plan to install soon.
Fast service and affordable. They have hot fudge sundaes now!!
This is my favorite Rally's to visit. The staff is quick and friendly, and they never seem to run out of key menu items.
