Mcdonald's - Winchester

Drive thru line was long, so we ordered inside. For the amount of employees, that they lacked, service was fast. Manager on duty, did a fantastic job.

It was not a bad place for McDonald's and they have the usual food and they wanted you to use the kiosk. The issue with the kiosk is he cannot really make a custom order like you can if you talk to the person

Employee was rude and refused to give us the sauce and dessert we ordered with our meals through the McDonald’s app, glared at us, shoving the receipt in our faces. After asking for manager to come over, manager also glared at us as if we were asking for the moon… we told him we clearly paid for the sauces and desert on the app showing him, and he still said that it didn’t show it in his system… after showing him the receipt on our phone again he decided to give us our sauces and desert rudely… 1 star for customer service and an extra star for finally giving us the sauces. ‍

We used the drive. my grand loves mcdonalds! he actually uses codes from the app and gets free eating each trip.

I order my McDoubles from here often at night. The burgers may be colder at night because it's not peak hours for this location. However, they still taste like your average McDonald's burger, which is good. You can't go inside the location right now due to COVID policies.
