Burger King - Winchester

I'm a regular here, once a week, and I always eat in the dining room. They are so nice, polite, friendly and fast with orders and I like that the dining room is very clean. And the food always taste fresh. In the 3 years I have been coming here, I honestly can't remember a bad experience.

Good food great service floors were a little bit greasy bathrooms could be cleaned better and windows could be cleaned but overall great

Ordered 2 shrooms melts supposed to be mushroom and Swiss on a grilled Texas toast well here ya goDo better burger king you weren't even busy I took mine apart and toasted my bread and that is American cheese not swill ?

Stopped in today to try the new melts. After ordering the classic melt we sat down to eat noticed neither of ours was grilled or toasted. Took it back up to get that final touch on our sandwiches but supposedly said the toaster was broken. Would have been nice to known before we ordered. Patties where small burger just thrown together.

The absolute WORST Burger King on the planet.. if I could give negative stars I would... the chick with the tattoo on her neck and the black teeth has a terrible demeanor and a **** poor attitude.I pull up to the order board.. I was asked to hold on a minute.. keep in mind, I 'm the ONLY car in the drive through.. and there are no cars in the parking lot..6 minutes later I was told to go ahead with my order..I ordered the ghost pepper chicken fries and a large diet Dr Pepper..I pull to the second window.. I paid and was then asked to scoot up so they could help the next car.... there WAS NO OTHER CAR...I asked why, if there were no other vehicles.. she said we 're on a timer, we get in Tribble if people sit in the window too long.
