I just experienced the best customer service from the young lady who waited on me at the drive-thru at the Arby's on Hope Drive in Winchester. Sunday morning around 11:45 a.m. (I didn't catch her name). Just wanted to leave this review and let the manager know that she's an asset to your company because of her customer service skills. The Arby's app sent my order to a store 5 miles away even though I was sitting in the parking lot of this store. You can't cancel an order so I had to drive 5 miles to pick up. View all feedback.

Stopped Monday evening 12/18 First time eating at this Arby’s and my son and I ordered 2 completely different meals I ate mine at 6 pm and by 7 pm I was felling really sick. He woke up during the night feeling sick. We got a severe case of food poisoning From this restaurant. Not sure what caused the problem that got us sick but very bad experience for a first time customer.
Food service were very good and they were not busy at all.
Food is good, but the ordering process took around 10 minutes, and still got the order wrong.
Excellent sandwich for the money. Pleasant iced tea. Curly fries were not over-seasoned. Clean dining area. Well-lighted parking area.
