Longleaf Craft Kitchen - WIMBERLEY
Longleaf Craft Kitchen
Description
This intimate, chef-driven restaurant serves inventive, fresh dishes and beautifully made cocktails; bartenders are engaging and the chef often greets guests. Standouts include fish, ribeye, creative deviled eggs and salads, plus gluten-free options and a pleasant back patio for fair-weather dining.
Service and atmosphere are warm and romantic, but quality can be inconsistent—occasional undercooked entrees, small portions and uneven desserts—and indoor seating is limited. Prices run moderate to high, making it ideal for date nights, celebrations and adventurous foodies who value creativity over predictability.

The food here is pretty amazing. Met the chef. He describes his creations that make your mouth water. He’s definitely and artist. I’ll definitely head back here for a meal. It seems that Wimberly has attracted some serious restaurant talent and this is one of those places.
Every time we come here, the food is always excellent. We love seeing the Chef come out and check on everyone, as well as the same bartenders making our drinks. They have a great group of folks here which in turn results in an amazing dining experience each time. As big foodies, we love the unique menu they always have to offer and how fresh everything always is! Keep up the great work y’all. Can’t wait to go back soon!

We'll definitely return to this restaurant! We tried the Potato and Goat Cheese Tarte, and it was fantastic. We also enjoyed the Spinach and Beet Salad along with the Ribeye, which was hands down the best steak I've had in quite some time! As for dietary needs, there are plenty of gluten-free options available. We visited for dinner, and the price per person ranged from $50 to $100. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at a perfect 5 out of 5!
