From the moment we walked in the staff were very friendly and welcoming. 3 of us ordered the vegetarian wellington and was advised it would take 45 mins . The steak was cooked too much and we weren't offered a steak knife or any condiments. The bill was brought to us right after we said no to dessert. By 8:55 pm, the card machine was brought to our table without checking if we wanted more drinks, even though the closing time was advertised as 10:00 pm. The price per person was between £20-30. The food was rated a 2, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 2. View all feedback.

In regards to the mains I would rather wait for it to be cooked to order than food that is just reheated . I must say it was worth the wait ! Well the deserts ! We had a mixture of creme brulé , sticky toffee pudding and the cheesecake, generous portions and very tasty. Overall we will be back not only for the food but to give their lovely dogs a cuddle! Nice ambiance. Good and tasty food and served by very friendly people. Dog friendly. Price is also very acceptable. Free parking direct next to te pub.
