What Clayton M doesn't like about Oki Sushi Grill:
Sushi’s above average, a little above average. The atmosphere and the customer service is just terrible. Lots of room for improvement. Highly recommend Disney customer service training. View all feedback.
Please do not go here. I?ve been countless of times, always expecting it to get better. The most recent time i?ve gone, it took over 40 minutes to get me a singular sushi roll and miso soup. After receiving my food, i walked out, got in my car, and openedmy bag. First off, the sushi was completely thrown around, not in any type of ?roll?. Secondly, miso soup was nowhere to befound. I went back in, politely waited for my turn and told them i didn?t have my miso soup. The guy that takes the orderslooked at me, told me ?You never ordered miso soup. Not my problem?. After telling him SEVERAL times i DID order my soup, Hegoes ?Fine, whatever? turns around, hands me my soup and glares at me. In this 3 minutes of me simply BEGGING for my soup i wascraving, there was not a ?im sorry? but only ?Im so busy. Not my problem?. I was flushed. Angry. As i was leaving i saw a mancome in, asking for a doordash order. The guy goes ?No doordash. You did not place a doordash order? and so on, literallytelling him he?s wrong. All i could hear was the dude moaning in frustration and kept saying ?i?m so busy you did not orderanything? and that doordash wasn?t allowed (it loterwllt is). Soembody came to pick up their order and he goes ?You didn?t orderanything. I?m not giving you food?. I cannot believe how bad the experience was. So blatantly rude to EVERYONE in there. Iwalked out and could just hear him yelling at customers who already payed for their food, and him telling them he wasn?t gonanmake it or give it to them. It was honestly embarrassing for him and the entire business and I?ve never experienced anythinglike it. Not to mention i saw him touching peoples food after touching everything else. This was my 4th time coming, everyexperience getting worse. I waited to review because i was simply traumatized and had so much second hand embarrassement fromhim.

Definitely not a sit down type restaurant but food itself was pretty good. Very bare warehouse setting, paper plates canned/bottled drinks only. Bathroom was filthy and part of the restaurant was kinda dirty/cluttered (not the kitchen itselffrom what I could tell). If I never saw the inside of this restaurant and had food delivered I'd likely rate 4 or 5 star butafter seeing inside don't think I'll try again. Kinda sad, they're probably just recovering from the pandemic so could be goodagain in the future.
By far the worst experience I've ever had at a sushi restaurant. The manager was shockingly rude to me and everyone else that came in; he was clearly stressed out, but shouting and cussing at customers isn't acceptable at any time. They also didn't startmaking the online order I'd placed an hour before arriving until after I was already there to pick it up; I had to wait anadditional 20 minutes for it to be ready. The location is mostly empty and sad, the floors are sticky and gross, and there'strash and old food piled up on some of the tables. Avoid this place like the plague unless you're literally starving and everyother option is somehow unavailable.
