Do they use freaky fast as a slogan anymore? I hope not because that’s some seriously false advertising. Delivery has been out for an hour and it’s still not here. They are a mile away from my location. Should I walk there and get it? While Covid positive? View all feedback.
Delivered two sandwiches with burnt, hard, and inedible bread. And one had lettuce added that I didn 't specify. Called store to report and the gentleman who answered argued with me for near 10 minutes about how he didn 't believe that the bread was actually burnt (after putting me on hold to, apparently, check his bread stock). I told him it was inedible and he straight up asked me how is it inedible? After offering to physically show him the bread, he offered to send a new sandwich for the lettuce mistake. Still insisting that he found the burnt-ness hard to believe. I 'm not even mad about the sandwich, but I am bewildered by the service.The last few times before this we had any issues with the order, the manager was extremely helpful in remedying any problems we had, including running new sandwiches directly over. So not sure what happened to the service level, but it 's decreased significantly since the past year or two.
My sandwiches arrived poorly assembled falling apart, literally crammed full of cheese and two slices of turkey, that was shredded into pieces like it was over handled and or someone doesn't know how to use the slicer, instead of making it right, they proceeded to argue with me and told me they could not provide refund. What kind of food establishment wont provide refunds when food is poor quality? It was delivered to my house and these individuals proceeded to act as if their sandwich makers dont make mistakes. I will be contacting Jenna the general manager in the morning to ensure Andre returns my fund as he said, we will be checking our bank statement throughly. Safe to say we won't be spending our money here anymore. And im looking further in to a corporate number as it seems these folks are trying to steal from unsatisfied customers.
