My husband was responsible for finding Easter dinner and after reading the reviews for Low and Slow I was so excited. I absolutely LOVE brisket and theirs was AMAZING. Our server was great, very friendly. ALL of the food was great. The Mac and Cheese was the BEST I've ever had and the hamburger steak and potatoes OMG!!!. I'm so ready to go back. The atmosphere was great. The view right over the runway is pretty unique.The food was alright. I would not recommend the tacos, as they were quite underwhelming. Just a hardshell taco with meat. Diced tomato, arugula, and jalapeños on the side. The meat itself was good, but a little dry.The staff seemed overwhelmed, but having worked the service industry, I know it's like that at times.
