I drove there one morning to pick up breakfast for my family, only to be informed that I could only order a total of 5 biscuits. Frustrated, I decided to drive across town to a better Wendy's on Raleigh Rd, and the service there was fantastic.

Terrible service! The staff was rude and rushed me while I was trying to place my order, despite the fact that there was no one else in line. As it was my first... read more Terrible service! The staff was rude and rushed me while I was trying to place my order, despite the fact that there was no one else in line. As it was my first time at Wendy's and I was looking for the kids' menu, I really needed some assistance. To make matters worse, my food was cold. The girl at the window abruptly took my card from me and showed no signs of customer service skills; she didn’t say a single word. When I got to the second window, they also remained silent and handed me my cold food before shutting the window. I've never been rude to anyone, so it wasn't me who caused this unpleasantness. This experience was completely unnecessary and reminded me exactly why I don’t choose to eat at Wendy's.

First of all frosty machine down which was fine but they were also out of bbq sauce. Second when I got my food the chicken had a weird taste like someone used chemicals to clean something and then picked up my chicken and same with the fries. So he hands me the bag and walks away without handing me my drink which I can see sitting on the counter behind him. So I sit there for a good 5 minutes for the guy to even acknowledge that I'm still there and when I tell him what I'm waiting for he acts as if he can't be bothered rude acting to say the least. So needless to say will not be going back to this location at all.
