My food was ready when I arrived and, as always, it was delicious.

I parked my car and went inside, only to see a basket full of bagels. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but no one came. Then I spotted the same woman who had t... read more I parked my car and went inside, only to see a basket full of bagels. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but no one came. Then I spotted the same woman who had told me they were out of bagels, and she looked shocked to see me. It seemed she thought I wouldn't come inside. I confronted her and told her that she had lied and was very rude. She apologized, saying she thought they were out, but it was clear she didn’t. If people don't want to work, they should stay home. I won't be returning to this location again.

I initially ordered the breakfast soufflé but was inf... read more On 12/26/21, we used the in-store ordering kiosk at Panera Bread. Many items on the menu were unavailable. I initially ordered the breakfast soufflé but was informed it would take 20 minutes. They had to refund us, and I ended up placing a new order for the spinach, egg, tomato, and cheese sandwich, which was good. The staff were polite but not particularly welcoming. The spacious dining area appeared clean. Overall, I don’t see myself returning to Panera Bread.

I went right after work, so I was eager to head home and didn't check the bag. I had to go back out after getting home because we didn’t want what they gave us.
