Food was wrong. They wanted to argue with us about it. The five layer Boruto's... Had one layer ...... Beans was the layer. This place has never gotten an order correct... Every !!

During my visit to the drive-thru, they were out of chicken wings, so instead, they gave me two chicken breasts with my order. I also ordered a side of coleslaw, but I ended up just getting potatoes and cookies. Unfortunately, the chicken was incredibly dry and almost inedible. I ended up throwing away one piece and part of another. I usually get the delicious chicken pancake, and I really wish I had opted for that this time.

I wasn't very impressed. They got my order wrong and I had to wait for it to be corrected, which caused me to miss part of my meal. Food rating: 3/5.

I visited KFC's drive-thru. The service was fast and polite, though the person at the window seemed a bit unwelcoming. Regarding the food, if I had wanted veggie options, I would have ordered them—there was barely any meat on one side of the wrap.

I spent $60 but didn’t get my mac and cheese chicken bowls or the biscuits that were supposed to come with the 12-piece meal. None of the sauces I asked for were included either. On top of that, the food was pretty bland. I’m not sure what’s going on with KFC lately, but it’s definitely not as good as it used to be. I’d suggest choosing Bojangles instead.
