To start, the manager was seen smoking near the drive-thru window with other employees. I waited in line for 20 minutes, only to be told that the cook had left and no one available knew how to cook. It was clear that the manager lacked leadership skills and should not be in this position. I hope this review brings attention to the issues caused by this poor management.

We interacted with a cashier n... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The cashier was unfriendly, rude, and clearly lacking in customer service skills. We interacted with a cashier named Ania, who didn't greet us, gave us a disdainful look, and overall was quite impolite. I even said thank you after our visit, but she completely ignored me.

I didn't go to the Hardee up the roadacross from Walmart like i normally do because I went there 2 days through the drive-thru and I waited 10 mins at the orderwindow after be told to wait I would understand if they were busy but both times there was only a car or two in line.

The manager, along with other employees, was seen smoking right in front of the drive-through window. I waited at the window for 20 minutes, only to learn that the cook had left and nobody else knew how to prepare the food. The manager clearly showed poor leadership and shouldn’t be in that role. I left very dissatisfied and hope that upper management addresses this issue. This happened on November 22, 2022, at 8:00 PM, with a blonde-haired manager on duty.
