It didn’t s... read more My experience was terrible. There was absolutely no management present, and although there were many open tables, there was a long line at the door. It didn’t seem like there was a host to manage the situation. The food was disappointing, and my kids didn’t enjoy it at all. I feel for the server, as she was handling a large party next to us and did her best under the circumstances. She even warned me to avoid certain dishes because they were bad. I will never return to this restaurant. I would rather wait two hours at Cracker Barrel with my kids screaming in my ear than go back there again.

The service was poor. We visited on a Sunday for a quick meal, and while we were seated right away, which was great, that’s where the positives ended. We ordered immediately but then found ourselves waiting… and waiting… and waiting. When the food finally arrived, it was barely warm. The server never returned to refill our drinks or even acknowledge the long wait or the cold food. It was very rude. I likely won't be coming back.

The bacon, which had a paper-thin texture, was gone in just one bite. Despite that, I'll definitely return because I really enjoyed the pancakes.
