There were several people be... read more While I waited, I could hear the woman behind the counter repeatedly calling to the kitchen for a bacon biscuit every five minutes. There were several people behind me in line, most of whom had complicated orders. Six people in total had their orders in before mine, and several had ordered bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits, which seemed to be causing a hold-up. To make matters worse, a guy from DoorDash cut in front of everyone, waving his phone as if he had a fast pass at Disneyland and demanding his order without considering those of us who had been waiting. Although the food was, as always, delicious, I found the situation frustrating. My main complaint revolves around the communication issues and the chaotic process of getting food to customers. It’s disappointing that even DoorDash employees don’t seem to have priority over paying customers like myself. I’d expect better organization from Bojangles, especially during busy times.

This place was awful! Went to the drive thru and they were making so much noise she couldn’t hear our order. We said the same thing 6 times before leaving. When... read more This place was awful! Went to the drive thru and they were making so much noise she couldn’t hear our order. We said the same thing 6 times before leaving. When we drove by the window there were about 8 workers standing around laughing and the door to the dining room was locked.
