Tonight at 18:30 a.m., all employees on the parking lot are just chilling, hanging, smoking, and cussing they stopped us at the door to tell us that the inner is closed because they are short, there were like 3 or 4 customers in eating and no customers in the car time. no wonder they never have business. they probably did us a favor we went to another place, we didn't want to interrupt their smoking party.
Went to eat in at 7pm , they locked the doors and said drive thru was open. If I had wanted drive thru I would have went to mcd's. Hours say 10am to 10pm, guess they wanted to go home and watch family feed.
I called on a Tuesday at 9:45pm. I asked what time do they close and the lady said at 11 mam (exhaling as she responded). We get there at 10:05pm and waited a few mins and no one acknowledged us (in drive thru) I circled around and saw a guy cleaning. We drove back to the drive thru and still no acknowledgement. I went to the window again and a guy did the we are closed motion . I said I thought you close at 11:00pm and told him that 's what the lady said that answered the phone. He told my he didn 't know anything about that and they closed tonight like at 10:00 because he had school tomorrow (his words). Even though I am writing this review, I will be calling tomorrow and speak to the manager
The customer service at this Arby's was very disappointing. I saw employees with their pants sagging so low that their underwear was visible, which felt unprofessional. One customer even went behind the counter to make food for her family, suggesting she might be an employee, but it still seemed inappropriate. On top of that, there was swearing in the dining area while elderly guests were trying to eat peacefully. The staff were rude, and the food quality was poor.
