This is my second time Parker is waiting for me. He's great. It is great to get customer service in the morning to begin your day. I picked up an order and, of course, got coffee. What User doesn't like about Port City Java:
Just left from getting 2 Mocha shakes... Asked mine to be made first to be given to me while inside business. Other was to be a birthday surprise for coworker...Person who took order very clearly told staff this info. However, not done. Had to ask for straws. Had to ask for tray... One drink almost fell out as tray WAY to big to hold cups. My lid not put on completely and most of drink ended up in car. Worst experien... View all feedback.

Only with the best ice-chee coffee I've ever had! Great job! Great service!
Coffee was great as the service. I miss Port City Java, since closed at home and was thrilled to stumble over it.
Friendly service. Ordered a frozen caramel latte, it was okay but didn't have enough flavor, tasted very milky. More expensive than I expected, $7 for one drink I think is a lot.
