Mcdonald's - Wilmington

Strange, how the nighttime chiis can only take cash and do not print a quitting when I asked for one, but I am also a tie and she is in a position to print a quitting for the Dash order. I specifically went back and ordered back to get a reception to report the terrible service and was once again denied. the cashier was rude and apologised that her system had gone down. how will the money be persecuted?. doesn't make any sense and if they follow the order, they only see the client getting nuggets. these burgers are mine and paid. the phone number for loading in google and yelp is separated, as if you would report the terrible and seemingly shady service after hours?

I had such a great experience here! I ordered a South chicken sandwich menu and a 6 piece nugget. After I got my food, I noticed that the bag was heavier than expected. So I look inside and see 7 burgers. it was an honest mistake, the cashier thought I said “7”, when I actually said “southern” hahahaha! the manager, the name is lorene, laughed so hard when I told her the story and asked me to come in. first the environment felt so cozy and peaceful! everyone looked so happy to work although it was close to 10 o'clock. lorene gave me a refund for my inconvenience, gave me free food and a bottle of water. I recently saw “The Founder”, a sad story, how mcdonalds came and I felt very sad about the result of the mcdonald brothers. but after she had spoken to her, she empathed me and betrayed me. I can honestly say that my appreciation for mcdonalds has been restored because of lorene. many thanks lorene and mcdonalds for an experience I will never forget! -gabriel

I ordered a double quarter pounder . Looks like someone already took a bite out of the bottom half . The top burger was raw. 16.00 for this meal with chicken nuggets . UghSo gross ?

The night shift is unorganized, unprofessional, and inefficient. They took 45 minutes to finish an order of fries and a cheeseburger.

I was served at this location the other day by Trevon. My son and I both noticed his excellent customer service skills.
