Mcdonald's - Wilmington

The WORST McDonald's in Wilmington, Delaware. I worked for Postmates and had a huge job. It was 10:15 and they closed at 11:00. I'm on the wrong auto-dru speaker, so they tell me I'm moving up. Me, and she says how can I help you today? I had an order of 12, 20 Nuggets and some burgers. I wait for a minute or two and then suddenly another woman says they're closed. With POPLE INSIDE SPIELER. Sausage Service EVER! BOYCOTT THE ELSEMERE MCDONALD 'S!!

Good job. I left when I was the closest after 20 minutes.

Horrible service, the fact that I stood there for 10mins waiting for order and all employees including the assumption of being manager in service only looked at me while on the phone disgusts me. Chance with this McDonald?s and they never surprise me.

My burger was hardly warm. French fries were also warm. Nothing worse than cool, hard McDonald's French fries. Unfortunately, my soda was the only thing I enjoyed. What a waste. The young man who gave me my food was as friendly as a rock. Terrible experience.

The service here has gone severely down hill. I waited 10 minutes at the drive through speaker before I was even acknowledged and every person after me drove off. It seemed they didn?t want to take anymore orders at 9:30pm on a weekend. There were at least 6 employees I saw working, walking back and forth and I stayed at the second window waiting with no acknowledgement for another 10 minutes. Poor experience overall the last several times I?ve been here
