The food came ou... read more We just lucked out stopping in Dots on a 10 hour drive. It’s Memorial Day, the place was slammed but we were able to get a seat at the counter. The food came out really fast and it was hot and delicious. Everyone loved their meal. But the service was the real standout. The serving staff was working seriously hard and they were all really friendly. The kitchen clearly knew what they were doing. 5 stars

One of us enjoyed the chili Dot is known for and the other had a grilled ham and cheese on rye. Both were good, but what was most exception was the friendly service.

Everything was served up quickly, and we were able to get in and out quickly and back on the road. Two separate dining area on either side of a lunch counter. Great spot to stop for a bite.

Clean as a whistle, great food, terrific service and moderately priced. It wasbusy for good reason!

The staff is super friendly and they keep a full carafe of coffee on their front porch for those waiting to sit during busy hours. As much as I enjoyed theexperience and hope to repeat it on future visits, I hope they rename their goulash dish which represents very little of itsnamesake but is a tasty pasta dish regardless.
