I got a cheesesteak with fried onions and mushrooms. $11 and it came with french fries. Everything including the fries were seasoned very well. This was two different cheesesteaks. The meat on top was dry. The meat on bottom was Juicy and flavorful. I'm thinking they put the slices of cheese on the roll and put the meat on top of the cheese because something held the juice in. The roll was standard. I videoed some of... View all feedback.
What Melba Marvin doesn't like about Dead Presidents Pub:
Place was quite dead (no Pun intended) for a Saturday night. The two bar offers were not at all attentive. He started great and disappeared 15 minutes. Had ordered a double vodka-red bull, and it wasn't a Bueno. My friend ordered a single of the same drink, and it was the same alcohol level. I look forward to trying this place, but unfortunately will not return. View all feedback.
This is an excellent neighborhood pub! The drinks, food, and prices are all great. I'm so glad they introduced the Open Face Salmon BLT Sandwich—it's truly outstanding, and the fries are perfectly crispy. The seating is spacious, and there's a fun communal table at the center. Everyone is welcome, and the atmosphere is very friendly.
I visited the restaurant and inquired about any drink specials, but the bartender simply responded that they had a full bar without offering any recommendations. I tried the Lemon Drop Martini, which was decent. While I was at the bar, another customer came to settle their bill, and the bartender made an inappropriate joke, which seemed unprofessional. She apologized for her behavior, indicating that she wasn’t too keen on her job. When I asked about the stories behind some of the decorations, he mentioned they were left by the previous owners but didn’t elaborate further. It seems like it could be a lovely place with a different bartender. If someone isn't enjoying their job, they should seek help elsewhere. After having a drink, we decided not to return. It's a shame we won't be back.

I had been wanting to try this restaurant for some time, and I primarily came for the bar after reading positive reviews about its cocktails. The bartender, Ryan, definitely lived up to the hype. The drinks were both delicious and strong, and he even gave us a special deal. Ryan was quite a character (in a good way), especially since I had called ahead to ask if he could prepare a specific drink for me.
Went here for brunch on Sunday and this place was awesome. To start the inside is really cool. This is a neat old building with a wrap around bar. We had $4 **** marys, which were really good. Brunch was excellent. I had a breakfast burrito, which was stuffed and the potatoes on the side were excellent. My girlfriend had scrapple and egg on thick cut french toast. It was different but really good. I also had coffee. The whole thing cost us $29, talk about a deal. The bartender was great. They also have a parking lot next to the building. You must try this place.
