Auntie Anne's - Wilmington

Every time I visit this restaurant for a door-sh order, I end up waiting at least 20 minutes. The wait could probably be halved if the staff focused on their jobs instead of joking around and chatting with one another. When I asked if they could put a sticker over the straw hole like many other restaurants do, the girl looked at me with annoyance. Is that really necessary?

I ordered a hot dog, and it was undercooked on the inside. I’ll put it in the air fryer when I get home.

The staff seems to be overwhelmed. No matter when you visit, the customer service is consistently poor. It's probably better to head to the mall instead.

A bunch of unprofessional children work here that do not work with a sense of urgency. A Tordash site over 10 minutes and you need to come and wait 20min more.

I went into the establishment on Sunday 04/03/2022. I asked the young lady who had her hair braided all going back. I asked did they have any almond pretzels she said no not at this time and continued her conversation talking/laughing with her co-workers, never said would I like one made or anything the young people that's working there some are horrible/lazy really I don't care to stop in anymore.
