On the plus side they certainly take COVID safety seriously. The food was average quality. The chicken was hand battered not the usual pre-battered chicken you find at many Chinese restaurants. The chicken was served on top of lettuce which resulted in unappetizing, soggy, warm lettuce. The sauce seemed fresh and was decently flavored. I was disappointed with the spring rolls. Absolutely terrible experience, this was my first and last time visiting this restaurant. I ordered vegetable lo mein and fried flounder, but when I got home, I found a burnt, old-tasting fish dish instead. To make things worse, I received vegetable fried rice instead of the lo mein I actually ordered. I specifically requested no rice as I don't eat it. When I tried to return the incorrect meal, I was essentially told tough luck. The customer service was rude and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was subpar. I paid between $20-30 per person for this disappointing dinner.
Dinner takeout was decent with satisfactory food and service, however the atmosphere was lacking.
Ordered and delivered hot and delicious in under 30 minutes! 3rd time ordering from Dragon City and their food is always hot and delicious. I recommend the spicy Singapore Mei Fun Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5
