Koya - Wilmette

The food here is extremely fresh and tasteful. I am here several times and my experience is always the same! I prefer to build my own bowl with extra sushi rice (no extra charge) because it was the best rice I ever had. The restaurant is clean and minimalist and the staff is always friendly and attentive! I would highly recommend trying it out, worth the price point!!!!!!

This restaurant is modern and impeccably clean. The staff was fantastic! We decided to try the takeout menu for the first time, and the entire family gave it a thumbs up! My husband, our fifth-grade son, our eighth-grade daughter, and I were all thoroughly pleased. It's not often that we find a place that satisfies everyone. I can't wait to return and try more dishes. The food was delicious and fresh! The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, Avocado Torch Bowl, and Sunset Bowl were all packed with amazing flavors. I also appreciated their environmentally friendly packaging. I highly recommend Koya!

I absolutely enjoyed the “Choose Your Own” (CYO) experience! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The pickup process was quick and straightforward. I will definitely be ordering again!

The best lunch I had in a while. Super helpful and friendly staff. In addition, they use recyclable and compostable removal containers. I notice small businesses like these. You did everything right.

I had the salmon brown rice and veggie poke bowl. I’d never been in before and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Walked me through how to build it and even what sauce to get. It was delicious and healthy! Will definitely be returning soon.
