Came in at the tail end of a Saturday lunch rush. Waited 25 minutes for a Cajun chicken sandwich and fries. During which, I saw: unhappy online-order customers, late deliveries, an employee quit on the spot from feeling unsupported, and a cashier gossip on the phone while my food was getting soggier and soggier.
