Very rude drive thru customer service. The lady literally tossed my bag out to me and slammed the window shut. Someone's having a bad day ????
I went online and made an order for pick up an hour before I arrived. I was on a time limit otherwise I would have waited until I arrived to the restaurant. I arrived on time only to be told I would have to wait 16 minutes for my order to cook. Whatactually happend was customers came in and they sold my already paid for dinner meal and I ended up waiting 27 minutes to get myfood and get back on the road. The people that we were to meet ended up waiting almost 30 minutes longer that we were expecting.Needless to say I am very mad about them selling our food before we got there. These people think they deserve $15.00 per hour.I highly recommend they learn how to manage their time and learn how to earn a wage. We should not have had to wait thecustomers that came in well after I placed my online order should have had to wait for their food.
Kentucky Fried Chicken is good it wasn't too bad
The staff are always kind, friendly, and efficient, and the place is clean. Sadly, they no longer offer drummettes, chicken pot pies, or popcorn chicken.
