I understand that my opinion may not matter to them, as I'm not a significant contributor to their business. However, I believe in treating service staff with respect and kindness, especially since I have experience in the service industry and know how difficult it can be to deal with challenging customers. Unfortunately, the way the employee at this location addressed me when I received the wrong order was completely unprofessional. I remained polite throughout the encounter, even though her rude demeanor was apparent from the beginning, which only worsened when I had to return to the store to rectify the issue of not receiving my full online order. In the end, I returned what I had been given, except for the food my kids had started eating before I noticed the mistake. I was truly shocked by the terrible treatment I received from this employee. To make matters worse, the company’s customer service seems to be lacking, as I have not been able to reach anyone directly for a refund on my order that exceeded $50. I cannot support a company that has such poor customer service standards.
