I'm not sure what has happened to this restaurant, but I’m done. I really dislike leaving negative reviews… The portions used to be generous. I ordered takeout as usual, and the chicken salad in my sandwich was a complete letdown. It felt like I paid for nothing more than a piece of sourdough with some lettuce. The new Mediterranean salad is very good and their French onion soup is the best I have found anywhere. Fast excellent service too.
Great Panera. Food is good and I love their coffee. Can't beat the monthly coffee subscription!

I wish I can give 0 star. They continuously mess up orders. Does not even apologize and lied about their mistake. 4th time they messed up my order in a row. Horrible management. I love Panera but they need to do something about the operation of the store. The manager is not good so the rest of the staff suck as well.
