However, I find it bothersome that a 4- or 5-star hotel does not provide complimentary water—it should be a standard offering. While they did provide a breakfast buffet as an alternative to the closed lounge, it was just average. They offered standard items like eggs, bacon, potatoes, and pastries, but nothing exceptional. Considering the rate they charge, the lack of amenities is disappointing. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel; you could likely find a comparable or even better experience at a 3-star hotel in the same area.

We held our wedding at the Marriott Burr Ridge last November, and it was absolutely perfect. Our wedding coordinator, Ella Sparks, along with the entire staff, truly went above and beyond to ensure our special day was unforgettable. Every detail, from the careful planning to the seamless execution, was handled flawlessly. Ella’s expertise and commitment allowed everything to proceed smoothly, letting us relax and fully enjoy our celebration. The staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, making our guests feel welcomed and valued. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for bringing our dream wedding to life. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and its exceptional staff to anyone looking to create wonderful memories on their big day!

I would suggest going to D... read more This restaurant is outrageously overpriced. There are plenty of amazing breakfast spots nearby where you can enjoy high-quality food. I would suggest going to Denny's next door for better value and service instead of overspending on subpar food. If you're willing to spend $40 on a steak, I recommend going to Gibsons instead. Overall, I do not recommend dining at this place.
