This is really disappointing, Giordano's in Willowbrook. Your establishment should be excluded from the pizza industry.

However, I h... read more I have to start by saying that I absolutely love Giordano’s pizza—it’s a Chicago classic! I would choose it over any other deep dish pizza any day. However, I have to express my disappointment with this particular location, as it has consistently fallen short despite multiple visits. Typically, there’s only one server handling the entire restaurant, while the hostess simply takes your name and then watches the lone server manage everything. This approach leads to a significant loss of potential revenue due to poor service. (I do want to mention that the single server is very friendly and does their best.) It’s clear they need to hire additional staff. I would highly recommend trying a different Giordano’s location. Don’t miss out on this amazing pizza; either get it to go or visit another location!
