Nonetheless, the staff are always courteous, prompt, and genuinely attentive to the needs of their customers. You might experience a bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth it.

One of the staff members, Natalia, was incredibly rude and thought it was appropriate to use profanity towards customers. With that kind of attitude, she shouldn't be in a customer-facing position. I intend to reach out to corporate about her behavior. I will never come back to this location—it's just terrible and unprofessional. Her remarks could truly get her into trouble.
